Foodies, Listen Up! Here Are 3 Can't-Miss Events Happening This Weekend

Close up your kitchen for the next few days—these local spots have got you covered.

FRIDAY, APRIL 20 • Head out for pizza

The month of April if flying by—which I’m not necessarily complaining about—but if you haven’t been to Pizza By Elizabeths yet this month, you need to get there. The restaurant has a whole host of amazing specials, but the two that stand out are—you guessed it—the pizzas. Danny’s BBQ Pulled Pork pizza comes topped with slow-roasted barbecue pulled pork, mozzarella, cinnamon apples and a barbecue sauce drizzle. There’s also The Smart pizza, which is covered in chunky tomato sauce, ricotta, breaded eggplant, mozzarella, Parmesan and fresh basil. Both pizzas are available in the mini or regular sizes for $13 or $18. Get ‘em while they’re hot, or before the month is over!
