Allagash Brewing Beer Dinner at Sullivan’s Steakhouse

Enjoy five courses paired with an East Coast favorite.

Don’t miss Sullivan’s Steakhouse’s five-course dinner, specially prepared by executive chef Tim Baker, who has hand-selected brews from Allagash Brewing Company. The dinner is scheduled for Thursday, June 30 at 6:30 p.m.

The menu:

First course: Bacon-wrapped shrimp with chevré and apple-coriander jam; paired with Allagash White (Belgian wheat beer, 5.1 percent ABV)

Second course: Braised boar shank with frites and pan jus; paired with Allagash Saison (Belgian, farmhouse style, 5.6 percent ABV)

Third course: Balsamic pork belly figs with Gouda grits; paired with (Allagash Tripel Ale, 9 percent ABV)

Fourth course: Pan-seared filet mignon with asparagus, bacon chive mashed potatoes and Gorgonzola fondue; paired with Allagash Curieux (bourbon barrel-aged Tripel, 11 percent ABV)

Fifth course: Candied bacon pretzel bread pudding with coffee ice cream and chocolate crème anglaise​; paired with (Allagash Black, Belgian-style stout, 7.5 percent ABV)
