Sullivan's Steakhouse Unveils Mouthwatering Additions to Menu

New items include a dry-aged long-bone rib-eye steak, a BLT salad and a “chocolate meltdown.”

When you’re craving a classic steak and a martini, there are few better options in Wilmington than Sullivan’s Steakhouse. The classic chain has just unveiled a few new additions to the menu, including a variety of bone-in selections. Diners can now choose from seven bone-in cuts, like a dry-aged long-bone rib-eye steak, a Wagyu bone-in strip steak and la ong-bone Berkshire pork chop.

Sullivan’s is also bringing back tableside preparation with two items—a BLT salad (made with arugula, tomatoes, crisp bacon and blue cheese in a sweet basil vinaigrette) and a “chocolate meltdown” (a flourless chocolate torte, chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries topped with chocolate sauce and ganache).
