Pike Creek is about to spice up its dining scene with a handful of new eateries that are open now or coming soon.
For meat lovers, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon brings the flavor of Texas to Delaware. From the smoker, the restaurant offers pulled pork, prime brisket, chicken sausage and pork ribs. There is also a selection of sandwiches and classic barbeque sides including mac and cheese, corn and beans. With over 100 bottles of top-tier bourbon and liquor as well as live music every week, this restaurant promises to deliver the true barbeque experience. In mid-November, Pike Creek will welcome 1000 Degrees, a chain restaurant featuring authentic Neapolitan pizza. The eatery’s goal is to provide customers with a personalized dining experience in a fast-casual setting. Every guest can choose the dough, sauce and fresh toppings. 1000 Degrees also invites customers to try one of its signature pizzas, such as Tuscan chicken or classic Margherita pizza. The selection of appetizers—like chicken wings, breadsticks and build-your-own-salad—means that this new restaurant has something for everyone. The restaurant will be Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Follow 1000 Degrees Pike Creek on Facebook for updates.
