Event Summary
Hundreds of guests came together to network, share and connect at the Delaware Today Women in Business Upstate and Downstate Luncheons. Our upstate luncheon was held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, on Dec. 3, 2013, and the downstate luncheon was held at The Den at Bear Trap Dunes in Ocean View, on Dec. 5, 2013. These luncheons gave women from all over the state the opportunity to network and commemorate the extraordinary businesswomen featured in the December issue of Delaware Today. Each event highlighted two extraordinary keynote speakers who shared their stories of resilience and perseverance. Next year, join us as we honor more women making remarkable strides in the business world.

Keynote Speakers
Dr. Janice Nevin, chief medical officer of Christiana Care Health System, spoke at the upstate luncheon and Deborah Brenner, author and founder of Women of the Vine, spoke at the downstate luncheon.

Delaware Today partnered with two beautiful facilities to host the 2013 luncheons. The upstate luncheon was held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington and the downstate luncheon was held at The Den at Bear Trap Dunes in Ocean View.
