Dove Valley Vineyard and Winery is an award winning winery located in close by Rising Sun, Md. They won three awards at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition, a two day competition held in Rochester, New York. Dove Valley grapes are grown by the family in their vineyard at the head of the Chesapeake Bay. This area has just the right soil, sun and air flow to produce premium grapes. We hand-harvest our grapes and produce our wine in oak casks.
