Budget Rooter was founded in 1992 by Suzanne J. Palady and her son, Jeff with little more than $500.00, one service truck and a big dream. Being a woman in a male-dominated industry wasn’t the only challenge that Suzanne faced and overcame in the first three years while Jeff worked night and day as the fledgling company’s only field technician. Today, Jeff and Suzanne employ seventeen people, and they celebrate serving their customers in the New Castle County area for over twenty-five years. Their mission is to provide excellent service at a fair price, to remain committed to the environment, and to treat all customers with integrity and respect.
