Groomer Goes to the Dogs—Literally

Looking good is for the dogs. That’s right, if you really want to pamper your pooch, there is no one better to call than Spot Wash Mobile Grooming.

I was in a pickle about a year ago. My 12-year-old Shih Tzu, Tulah, hated to go to the groomer. So much so that I was kindly told by my local pet spa that Tulah was not welcome to return due to bad behavior. Ouch!

Not long after that I was at a gas station and noticed a huge white van announcing all over it that it was a mobile pet groomer. Little did I know my prayers would be answered when I chatted up the adorable dog-lover/owner, Carolyn McCormick, who assured me that she would be happy to meet and primp my precious Tulah.

What used to mean a 20-minute stressful drive to and from the pet spa has been replaced by a knock on my door, where I hand over my scruffy canine. She is then whisked off to the Spot Wash mobile van and 30 minutes later I’m handed back my tail-wagging, sweet-smelling fluff ball, all primped and clean…and I never had to leave the house!

Which makes me one happy puppy.
