While a vaccination plan has filled 2021 with promise for the future, there’s still a lot we’ve missed out on this year—travel, spa treatments and routine haircuts, to name a few. Although restaurants and retail took a hit for the second year in a row with closures and strict capacity limits, we want to again use this annual occasion to remind Delawareans of the enterprising, innovative and resilient business owners who work hard to earn your patronage.
