The past year has felt in a lot of ways like a breath of fresh air. The First State is seeing plenty of open signs, bustling streets, busy beaches and a taste of normalcy after a couple of rough years. Along with all the good came some unexpected challenges for local businesses. While people are ready to get back out and enjoy all the First State has to offer, there has been a shift in the economy and culture that businesses are working hard to navigate. Massive staffing shortages have forced business owners in Delaware and beyond to be creative in their methods in order to deliver delicious food, high-quality products and services to patrons. Despite the challenges, the exceptional teams behind all our favorite Delaware organizations have filled the year with great times, amazing food and drink, and memorable experiences for everyone in the First State. We commend the efforts of these Best of Delaware Winners and all of the businesses serving the First State. We are honored and excited to recognize them here.
Each year, we reach out to our readers to find out your favorites in dozens of categories. We thank you for your continued support. Read on for this year’s winners, then click here to learn more about our Best of Delaware Party on July 21. Tickets are available here.
