Celebrating National Watermelon Day and National Mead Day at LIQUID ALCHEMY!!!

August 3 @ 4:00 pm - August 7 @ 5:00 pm

free

Wilmington has a special week ahead!!!

Liquid Alchemy Beverages —- one of the most award winning craft mead and hard cider producers in America, will be celebrating TWO special days this week and want to share it with our local community.

Wednesday is National Watermelon Day and we’ve cored almost 75 pounds of fresh local watermelon and made BOTH a watermelon mead and a watermelon hard cider and both will be released to the public at 4p on August 3rd. Both are all natural, gluten free and made right here in Delaware. While supplies last , but we will be serving them on Thursday , Friday and Saturday too.

Saturday is National Mead Day and for you that do not know what mead is —– think of grape wine, but started as honey and not grapes as the primary sugar source for fermentation. On Saturday at 2p we will be releasing a beautiful Delaware collaboration with Painted Stave Distillery in Smyrna —— a 18 month aged DE Bourbon mead using Currant-Lee as our base (made with fresh British Zante Currants and whole bean Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans). ONLY 200 bottles produced ——- while supplies last.

So come celebrate 2 very unique days this week with your friends and family at Liquid Alchemy —- 28 Brookside Drive, Wilmington — just off of Maryland Ave and very easy to get to from Rt. 95 in Southern Wilmington. Indoor and outdoor seating , pet and family friendly,

Cheers,
Doc & Terri…….
