The Menu: Barbecue, Breakfast & More
If you haven’t had the chance to dine at the North Wilmington location, the Instagram photos alone show that you’re missing out. The seamless blend of breakfast and barbecue isn’t something you see every day, but 322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. make it look easy. The brunch menu leaves you wondering why there isn’t always smoked brisket on your morning egg and cheese sandwich.
For lunch and dinner, enjoy classic barbecue sandwiches like slow-smoked brisket and pulled pork or chipotle pulled chicken. Specialty sandwiches like a crispy shrimp po’ boy and Nashville hot honey fried chicken diversify the menu. Along with sandwiches, enjoy barbecue nachos, bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers, salads, classic barbecue sides, “Pitmaster Combos” and more.

One of the major draws is 322 BBQ’s signature smashed burgers piled high with a variety of toppings. Each week, the barbecue hotspot announces a new “burger of the week,” which often consists of unique accompaniments. In the past, 322 BBQ has stacked the smashed burgers with deep-fried pickles, macaroni and cheese and more. The “Donut Smash Burger” is a fan-favorite, piled high between two halves of a brioche donut roll. The sweet-and-savory flavor explosion is a must-try, and it keeps patrons coming back for more.
Along with the mouthwatering food, 322 BBQ is also making use of the bar area in the building that formerly housed Stone Balloon. Sip on seasonal cocktails, cold beer or barbecue-centric cocktail options like the candied bacon old fashioned.
