A New Age for Nage

Nage, in Rehoboth Beach, has a new menu. See what’s on it here.

After 10 years since its launch in Rehoboth Beach, the fantastic Nage has again updated its menu, this time under new(ish) chefs Paul Gallo and Sean Corea—and it could be the biggest menu renovation yet. The cuisine spans the old and new, traditional and innovative, with influences from around the world. You’ll find mussels meunierre, canary melon gazpacho, an amazing crab salad with pickled strawberries and a different tartare daily. The crab cake is served with a corn beignet, pork belly, smoked tomato ragout and asparagus. The shrimp and grits is made with prawn, pork belly and sweet pepper with polenta. It just gets better from there. Not that everything has changed—you can still order the signature Seafood alla Nage. Delicious.
