Beer of the Week: Mahalo, Apollo!

Iron Hill’s first canned beer is back.

An Iron Hill Brewery product, Mahalo, Apollo!, comes along seasonally to accompany the rising temperatures. It’s a wheaty beer built for summer, designed to refresh with a decent punch of 6.2% ABV.

Iron Hill also pairs its warm weather specialty with Spicy Huli Huli Wings, a sweet but hot chicken wing topped with pineapple, pickled jalapeno and green onion. The combo is available at either Iron Hill location, on Main Street in Newark or in Wilmington at the Riverfront.

A four-pack of 16-oz. cans costs $16.75, and you can add 20 Spicy Huli Huli Wings for $25 total.
