Caffé Gelato to Host Dogfish Head Beer Dinner In-House and Virtually

The July 16 dinner will feature five courses, each paired with a Dogfish brew.

Enjoy a five-course beer dinner from virtually anywhere in the U.S., thanks to Caffé Gelato.

The Newark restaurant is hosting a Dogfish Head Beer Dinner on Thursday, July 16, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Diners can choose to enjoy the meal from home, through Zoom or at the restaurant. Special guests Sam Calagione, Dogfish Head founder, and Bryan Selders, Dogfish brewer, will also attend via Zoom.

Each course is complemented by a Dogfish Head brew. Dishes include roasted red beet and 60 Minute cured salmon with goat cheese tart paired with the 60 Minute IPA, and Raison D’Extra braised beef short ribs with celeriac, cipollini onions, baby carrots, natural jus gremolata and heirloom tomatoes paired with Raison D’Extra.

Guests will also receive a Dogfish Head pint glass, bottle opener and koozie.
