Nothing spells spring like the opening of Constitution Yards, Wilmington’s seasonal beer garden. The beer garden is reopening for its fourth season on Thursday, April 25, and will once again feature an ever-changing rotation of craft beers, draft wine and canned cocktails. There is also plenty of space for backyard games like corn hole, badminton, bocce and life-size Jenga in addition to a full-sized wiffle ball field. For the 2019 season, Constitution Yards has also added an axe-throwing venue that can accommodate small or large groups. Check the schedule for availability.

The food menu includes an array of snacks, salads, sandwiches and dessert. Munch on snacks like waffle fries with beer cheese or hummus and veggies, and nosh on a cheeseburger or Cobb salad. Save room for dessert—there are lots of fun treats like popsicles, ice cream sandwiches and more.

Constitution Yards is kid and dog friendly, however your pet must stay leashed and in the grassy or wood-chipped area.
