Be sure to try 16 Mile Brewery’s Oyster Stout. This classic dry stout features cherry wood-smoked barley. A little smoke sends a hint of bacon to the nose and leaves a campfire taste on the finish. Don’t be surprised if you taste a bit of brine as you sip, as whole fresh Delaware Bay oysters were added during the boil. (Also, 16 Mile doubled the oysters in its second batch to bring a slightly more prominent oyster flavor to the brew.) Sample the Oyster Stout for half off on Thursday, Jan. 21 from 4–5 p.m. From 5–9 p.m., enjoy $1 off beers with pub trivia, prizes and food trucks.
