Wine, Dine and Bocce on the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail

Staying local this 4th of July? We’ve got you covered.

Beat the shore crowds and spend a rousing Fourth of July weekend with great barbecue and wine outings at the wineries of the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail. Five of the family-owned and operated wineries will be offering a variety of wines, food, picnicking and music to celebrate Independence Day weekend. No passports or tickets required. Here’s a sample: At Black Walnut Winery there will be music on the patio, with food from Jimmy’s BBQ. There will also be horseshoe games and bocce. The music is free. The food is fairly priced. The wine is divine. Check the BVWT website for the full schedule at all wineries. bvwinetrail.com
