This Cantera Silver Paloma Recipe Is Bright and Citrusy

The classic Paloma gets an elegant upgrade with a pour of Cantera Negra Silver.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces of Cantera Negra Silver

  • 3/4 ounce of fresh grapefruit juice

  • 1/4 ounce of fresh lime juice

  • Club soda

  • Garnish with lime wheel

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except the soda in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with the lime slice.
