Disney World’s loss is Delaware’s gain. When the entertainment giant decided it wanted only four of the five food trucks it had ordered from the manufacturer, The Deer Park Tavern owner Bob Ashby snapped up the orphan and had it converted to the Roaming Raven. The Raven has been making the rounds at big local events ever since, serving breakfast all day and a menu of “steak” sandwiches of beef, chicken or sausage with a range of toppings. “A food truck is a really creative outlet, if you have one,” Ashby says. “We have the restaurants, we have a catering business.
