Professional or amateur, put your best chocolate to the test during the Wilmington Chocolate Festival 2014 at the newly renovated Wilmington Library on Feb. 14. Or simply go to taste your way through the best cakes, candies, cookies and brownies in the area. The entrance fee is $1, and tasting tickets are 25 cents each.
