Our favorite on the new summer menu at Root Gourmet: the seared salmon BLT of roasted tomato, romaine, bacon and chipotle aïoli on whole grain bread. Delish. It’s the time of year when the Rehoboth caterer/gourmet-to-go place spices up its menu with new and returning items like the chipotle Cobb salad with herb-roasted turkey and chipotle dressing, the Perky Turkey sandwich with chili-cheese dip and more, and The Hungry Farmer, which features the same herb-roasted turkey with roast beef, bacon, cheddar and slaw on a brioche bun.
