After much anticipation, Drip Café’s second location is finally open.
Located at 60 N. College Ave. in Newark, the café will have less seating than the Hockessin location, with a stronger focus on takeout and “grab-and-go” items.
“There will be self-ordering kiosks and all the Drip Café favorites available in a to-go format,” says owner Greg Vogeley. But, he promises, there will still be pancakes.

Speaking of pancakes, Drip Cafe’s caramel apple pancakes were featured in “People Magazine’s” 50 best breakfasts across the U.S.
Since that publication, Fox 29 Philly reached out to Vogeley and set up a live shoot with its morning crew Bob Kelly—Breakfast with Bob. Filming will take place on Thursday, Oct. 25 at 9 a.m., at the Hockessin location, so if you are in the area, swing by for a cup of coffee and your shot at 15 minutes of fame.
