Easter brunch has become a staple offering for many Delaware hotspots. These restaurants welcome diners on Easter Sunday for brunch buffets, prix-fixe menus, mimosas and more.

Reservations are preferred or required for most Easter Sunday events. Call in advance or reserve online to ensure you get a table. 

Christiana Hilton

Join the Christiana Hilton for its Easter Brunch buffet. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., enjoy a variety of carving stations along with signature dishes like honey citrus salmon with berry quinoa and fresh garden salads. Plus, get ready to dig into buffet-style brunch options like seafood, salads, quiche, muffins, stuffed French toast and more. At $78 per adult, this brunch buffet offers a bit of everything.

Le Cavalier

Le Cavalier in Wilmington will host a French-inspired Easter brunch on March 31. This three-course, prix-fixe menu includes brunch pastries and breads, eggs Benedict, Frenched lamb chops, steak oeufs, carrot cake and more. The cost is $75 for adults and $25 for children under 10.

Columbus Inn

Brunch buffet options include charcuterie, Caesar salad, eggs, bacon, sausage, roast beef, garlic mashed potatoes and more.

Deerfield

Deerfield welcomes visitors for an Easter Sunday brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a wide range of menu items from typical breakfast foods to crab cakes, panko-crusted rack of lamb and bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin. For the kids, pizza, French fries, chicken tenders and grilled cheese will be available, and they can even meet the Easter Bunny. Reservations must be made in advance.

Lore Modern Woodfyre

Located within The St. Anne’s Club in Middletown, this modern Italian-inspired concept is the perfect place to celebrate Easter with a good brunch. Brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. St. Anne’s also hosts an Easter egg hunt for the kids starting at 1 p.m.

Bethany Blues Barbecue

Bethany Blues serves up a delicious Sunday brunch at the Delaware beaches. The Lewes location features a brunch buffet this year from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The cost is $45 for adults and $15 for children under 12. The buffet features an omelet station, typical breakfast favorites and BBQ entrees like carved beef brisket, smoked ham, pulled pork, pulled chicken and more. Or, head to the other locations to enjoy the regular Sunday brunch menu.
