Yes, the rumors are true. El Diablo, the local Tex-Mex chain that has eateries in Trolley Square, North Wilmington and Newark, is opening its fourth location at the end of May in Pike Creek. It will open in The Shops of Limestone Hills development, which is also home to Pike Creek Pizza Company and Tyler’s Neighborhood Kitchen and Craft Beer. The restaurant is opening in what was previously Berri Yummi Frozen Yogurt. The menu will be the same as the other locations, and the hours will be 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., seven days a week.
