Enjoy a Spot of Tea in New Castle During the Holidays

Get in the holiday spirit at an “English Tea at The Arsenal” during Old New Castle’s Spirit of Christmas celebration on Dec. 12.

Enjoy delicious teas, pastries and dainty sandwiches in the historic building on Market Street. The cost is $24 a person. There are three seatings: 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Each one lasts an hour.
