Fair Hill Inn Hosts Sherry Dinner

Paired with a special menu, keep the sherry pouring on May 21.

If you haven’t been to the Fair Hill Inn lately, here’s your reason to go: a sherry dinner on May 21. Guest sommeliers Jeff Daniels and Alex Calla will pour the sherries of Lustau, in Jerez, Spain: Fino “Jarana” Solera Reserva, Amontillado “Los Arcos” Solera Reserva, Oloroso “Don Nuno” Solera Reserva and Pedro Ximenez “San Emilio” Solera Reserva. The chef will be creating a special menu to pair with the wine. The fun starts at 5:30 p.m. The price is a bargain at $75. Or check out the prix fixe suppers on Sundays: four courses for $35. Pair the meal with a specially priced wine flight, selected by the maître d’. An early evening apéro menu will include varietal cheeses, charcuterie, and composed plates from the garde manger kitchen, as well as a selection of inspired small warm plates. Count us in. www.fairhillinn.com
