You can now find upscale dining on the boardwalk in Bethany Beach with the opening this month of 99 Sea Level. In keeping with today’s locavore trend, the restaurant in Bethany Beach Ocean Suites features the cuisine of chef Danio Samosa, who is working with local farms and fisheries to showcase American produce, choice meats and seafood.
A signature menu item is an impressive seafood tower—stacked with oysters, clams, mussels, shrimp and Alaskan crab claws. Other choices include a Black Angus, bone-in rib-eye; crab cake; whisky Kobe burger; and seafood mac and cheese. And who isn’t curious about a dessert drink that pairs a chocolate-rimmed glass with your favorite wine. There’s a kids menu, too. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
