If you believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then you’re in luck, because First Watch, a breakfast-centric eatery, is now open in Christiana near Delaware Tech’s Stanton campus.
The Florida-based restaurant chain, which promises made-to-order items created with only the freshest ingredients, offers plenty of traditional favorites like omelets, pancakes, French toast and some healthier options including avocado toast and power bowls. There are also salads and sandwiches, sides and small plates and a kids’ menu.

Breakfast, brunch and lunch are offered daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
