Oktoberfest festivities have been popping up all over the First State in September and October, but that doesn’t faze Fordham & Dominion Brewing Company. In fact, the brewery’s original take on the German festival might be the perfect way to finish out the season.
Cheesetoberfest is happening Saturday, Oct. 19 from noon-6 p.m. At this all-out, no holds barred, grilled cheese and mac and cheese competition local restaurants will be battling to win the title of Grand Cheezmo. Sample some of the cheesiest creations throughout the day and cast your vote to see who will earn this year’s top prize.

The live music schedule is as follows:
- The Philadelphia German Brass Band: noon -1 p.m.
- The Blues Reincarnation Project: 1-3 p.m.
- The Philadelphia German Brass Band: 3-4 p.m.
- Whiskey: 4-6 p.m.

Ticket information:
- VIP: $60 in advance, $70 the day of and includes admission, commemorative beer stein, unlimited beer, Cheesetoberfest t-shirt and cheese.
- General Admission: $30Â in advance, $40 the day of and includes admission, commemorative beer stein, three beer tickets and cheese.
- Designated Driver/Under 21: $20 in advance, $30 the day of and includes admission, bottomless Fordham & Dominion craft soda and cheese.
