Giordano’s is a longtime favorite eatery for many Kennett Square families. When Jamestown Hospitality Group took ownership of the restaurant, they kept this in mind.
“When the Giordano family approached us with an opportunity to purchase their beloved restaurant, we knew we had been entrusted with something truly special, and we take our responsibility to the family, food and fanbase seriously,” says Paul Bouchard, Managing Partner at Jamestown Hospitality Group. “We share their passion for quality and consistency, and we are committed to upholding their legacy on every plate that we serve.”
The group aims to keep the same spirit at Giordano’s, with some updates and modernizations. The refreshed menu still includes fan-favorites like the cheesesteak, mushroom soup and chicken parmesan. Under new ownership, the team also added some exciting new menu items.
One new dish is the shrimp and crab spaghetti, a hearty seafood pasta with ricotta cheese, sweet peas, oven-roasted tomatoes and a rich and savory sun-dried tomato sauce. A Norwegian salmon is another delicious seafood entrée on the menu, served with a Dijon cream sauce, orzo and broccoli. The filet mignon is sure to be a new favorite, served with a burgundy demi-glace, grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes.
Along with the menu updates, Jamestown Hospitality is also renovating the space. They installed new flooring throughout the building and added a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. A new bar in the dining room is in the works, and the private area above the sports bar now includes a private bar. The private space is now sleek and modern, making it perfect for a variety of private events.

Other exciting updates include extended hours on weekends and live performances by various local artists. With the same skilled staff members still in place, these exciting changes are sure to elevate the experience at Giordano’s.
