Anthony and Jeremiah Brooks are bringing a brand-new experience to Hamilton’s on Main. Head to Newark’s Main Street each month throughout the fall and winter to see the eatery’s monthly pop-up bars. October’s one-of-a-kind pop-up bar experience is Pretty in Pink—a celebration of all things pink and fabulous!
Sponsored by Stella Rosa, this pop-up bar is a fully immersive experience. Everything is pink, from the guests’ clothing to the decor and cocktails—even the light bulbs are pink, casting the room in a dreamy rosy hue.

At the bar, guests can sip a Stella Rosa prosecco or rosé or try a thoughtfully crafted cocktail from the Pretty in Pink bar menu. Drinks are accompanied by a chef’s bites menu with plenty of scrumptious small plates to enjoy.
An all-pink pop-up is a great unique experience for a girls’ night out or a fun date night, but that’s not all. Each time you enjoy a night at the Pretty in Pink pop-up, you’re also supporting local breast cancer research. A portion of the proceeds are being donated, so you can enjoy an evening out and know you’re supporting a good cause.
The Pretty in Pink pop-up is open Wednesday-Sunday evenings throughout the month of October.
“It’s a great space and it’s for a great cause,” says Anthony. Whether you’re trying to channel your Barbie energy (Halloween is right around the corner!), or just want to experience something new in Newark, this pop-up bar is a must-visit.
Hamilton’s on Main is committed to keeping things fresh and fun, and the team is ready to offer a new experience with each visit. The Main Street newcomer has pop-ups planned throughout the rest of the season.
Each month, a new pop-up concept will take over the eatery’s second-floor 1776 Bourbon Lounge. After the Pretty in Pink concept, look forward to seasonal themes like Winter Wonderland and pop-ups immersing guests in the worlds of fictional characters like the Mad Hatter and Harry Potter.
