Blitzen
Location: 220 West 9th Street, Wilmington
Hours: Wednesday-Saturday, 4 p.m. – midnight through December 23
Blitzen has been a Wilmington favorite for a few years, and it just keeps getting better. This holiday pop-up is back for the 2023 season with some upgrades—namely, a kitchen serving small plates. The menu includes options like Visions of Sugar Plums—popcorn chicken tossed in plum barbecue sauce, O’ Christmas Cheese—fried Nashville cheese curds with a dipping sauce, and a dessert flight courtesy of Desserts by Dana.
The Sleigh Bar
Location: 158 East Main Street, Newark
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. – 1 a.m. | Saturday-Sunday, 10 a.m. – 1 a.m.
Klondike Kate’s brings its popular holiday pop-up back to Newark’s Main Street for another year of Christmas cheer. With iconic neon lights, Santa meet and greets, ugly sweater parties and, of course, delicious food and cocktails, the Sleigh Bar is a seasonal delight. Klondike Kate’s may pull a younger college crowd throughout the year, but folks in any age range are sure to enjoy the Sleigh Bar.
Holiday Pop-up Bar at Hamilton’s on Main

Hamilton’s on Main’s third installment of the monthly pop-up bar series was unveiled December 1. The Harry Potter installment was so popular, Hamilton’s extended it with a holiday spin! It’s Winter at Hogwarts in the top-floor bourbon lounge at Hamilton’s on Main. December’s theme brings delectable libations, immaculate decor and some holiday-themed surprises. With a first-come, first-served pop-up bar and a reservation-only Harry Potter-themed dining experience, this pop-up is a must-see!
The Jingle Bar at Grain in Trolley Square

Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen’s Trolley Square location is ready to welcome patrons to its annual Jingle Bar. Located on the heated patio, this Christmas-themed bar delights with seasonal cocktails and plenty of photo ops.
