Iron Hill Brewery Offers Special Dishes for National Burger Month

Stop by the restaurant’s Newark and Wilmington locations for special burgers and $15 off on your next meal

Beginning May 1, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant will celebrate National Burger Month with 31 burgers a day for the month of May. A different burger will be offered each day, and guests are, of course, encouraged to return frequently to sample several. Every guest will receive a Burger Month Punch Card, and for every five burgers they sample, they’ll earn a $15 reward to use on their next visit to Iron Hill. “At Iron Hill, we love pairing food with our beers, but the ultimate pairing will always be a beer and a burger, which is why we celebrate National Burger Month each year,” says director of brewing operations Mark Edelson. “We have a lot of fun trying to top the previous year’s selections, and I think this year’s 31 burgers are some of our best yet.” Burger offerings will include: The Ryne SandBurger with aged cheddar, sautéed peppers and onions, exotic mushrooms and Thousand Island dressing on May 2; The Tombstone Burger with a stack of fried onions, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce on May 3; The Good Day, Sunshine Burger, with sunny-side up egg, American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and maple mayo on May 4, and so it goes. So hop to the restaurant in Newark (266-9000) or Wilmington (472-2739) or any of the other locations. See the burger lineup at ironhillbrewery.com.
