Iron Hill Brewery is kicking it up a notch with some new spring menu items at its locations in and around the First State.
Food lovers have yet another reason to visit Iron Hill Brewery this spring, thanks to its new, seasonal menu.
If you’re looking for new dishes to dive into this spring, try Iron Hill Brewery’s chicken tacos with seasoned shredded chicken, guacamole and pickled red onion, which adds just the right kick. Pair them with the Philly Phavorite IPA with its notes of citrus and pine. This hazy beer is made with flaked oats and wheat in the style of a New England IPA.Â
If you are looking for pizza, the new menu includes a prosciutto-topped, thin-crust pizza finished with peppery arugula and a burst of flavor from the fig balsamic drizzle. Even the kids will like this one with its melty cheese and crisp crust.
For the health-conscious crowd, the new menu features the Greens & Goodies salad, which is bursting with crisp vegetables, including tomatoes and cucumbers, over a mesclun greens salad. The balsamic dressing on the salad is incredibly delicious, with just the right balance of vinegar.Â
For a spiced-up take on a classic, turn to the blackened chicken alfredo over pasta. The heat from the chicken is cooled slightly by the rich white sauce. Try this paired with the refreshing Iron Hill light lager with its crisp finish to cool things down.
While these new menu items certainly add to the appeal of dining at Iron Hill, don’t miss out on the classics either. Â
The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls will delight your tastebuds and fill you with that Philadelphia pride. The rich steak blends with gooey American cheese and the crispy shell. Don’t miss the horseradish dipping sauce.Â
The Naked Burger Salad is another favorite at Iron Hill Brewery, blending two perfect worlds—burgers and blue cheese with crisp, fresh romaine, bacon and red onions.Â
Iron Hill now has three locations in Delaware: Wilmington, Newark and Rehoboth Beach. Service with a smile can always be expected, and the brewery team is always bringing a variety of new craft beer to try.Â
