The month of May means Mother’s Day, springtime and—perhaps most importantly—National Burger Month! Iron Hill Brewery has launched its ever-popular annual Burger Month celebration, featuring a different specialty burger each day in May at all 12 Iron Hill locations.
This year marks the yummy affair’s sixth anniversary, and the restaurant is sparing no expense. Some upcoming masterpieces to keep in mind:

- Saturday, May 5: Mexican Derby Burger—topped with roasted poblano cheese, chipotle-candied bacon, pepper jack cheese, crispy tortilla chips and watercress.
- Tuesday, May 15: Ode to Jerry Garcia Burger—topped with mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese, caramelized onions and roasted garlic aioli.
- Monday, May 21: The Waui Maui Burger—grilled spam, charred pineapple, Sriracha mayo, sweet onion marmalade and Swiss cheese.
Each burger also comes with a suggested Iron Hill beer pairing.
