Delaware restaurant group SoDel Concepts announces plans for its third Matt’s Fish Camp location on Coastal Highway in Fenwick Island.

SoDel Concepts is expanding. This time, with another Matt’s Fish Camp location.

In a mid-March announcement, SoDel Concepts’ President Scott Kammerer shared the plans to open the company’s newest restaurant, Matt’s Fish Camp Fenwick, in the former location of Ropewalk Fenwick Island. This will be the third Matt’s Fish Camp location.

“We are really excited about this opportunity as a company,” Kammerer says in a prepared statement. “With this new restaurant we can continue to pay tribute to our founder Matt Haley, the restaurant’s namesake, and serve great food in a beautiful space along Delaware’s Coast.  We will be open year-round and will offer indoor and outdoor dining.”

The concept has garnered success at the Delaware beaches since its inception over nine years ago. The eatery’s simple menu focuses on fresh local seafood and coastal comfort classics.

The new establishment will be located at 700 Coastal Highway in Fenwick Island. This Matt’s Fish Camp menu will follow the blueprint of the other locations with favorites like colossal crab cakes and lobster rolls but will also feature exclusive chef-inspired dishes.
