All of the courses happen May 17 at the DoubleTree Downtown Wilmington. Check out sessions such as Mastering Food Porn, where you’ll learn the best and worst ways to take pictures of food. Professional photographers Joel Plotkin and Jim Graham will show you some simple tricks that will kick your food photography up a notch. Bring your cell phone, point-and-shoot, or fancy DSLR for an exciting hour of learning you’re sure to enjoy.
