Millstone Café to Host Chef’s Table Dinner This Friday

Chef Mike Kline will prepare a four-course meal at the Brandywine River Museum of Art.

 

MENU

  • Wild nettle soup with fresh horseradish paired with Markowitsch Gruner Veltliner
  • Buratta with fennel mostarda, shaved asparagus salad and truffle brioche paired with house made white sangria
  • 24-hour slow cooked pork cheeks with new potato tostones, spring pea puree and stuffed ramps, fiddle heads and cabbage paired with Mark West Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
  • Rhubarb budino with green almonds and candied kumquats paired with Secoli Recioto di Gambellara

Celebrate the flavors of spring this Friday at the Brandywine River Museum of Art‘s Millstone Café, where chef Mike Kline will prepare a delightful four-course meal. The event doubles as a celebration of chef Klein’s first anniversary.

Museum galleries will be open from 6–7 p.m., offering tours of “American Beauty: Highlights from the Richard M. Scaife Bequest” and “Phyllis Mills Wyeth: A Celebration” prior to the seated dinner at 7 p.m. Tickets are $100 for members and $110 for nonmembers.
