Missed Steaks are a Mistake

Sullivan’s hosts its Winter Beer Dinner, offering beer pairings with every course on March 9.

Executive chef Tim Baker put together a five-course dinner expertly paired with brews from across the country for Sullivan’s Steakhouse’s Winter Beer Dinner on Wednesday, March 9, starting at 6 p.m. This meat-centric meal is the perfect way to chase away any winter blues.

Highlights of the meal include a smoked chicken paté with a pumpernickel crisp and spiced pear chutney served with a dark lager from Brooklyn Brewery to start, a coffee-rubbed filet with vanilla shallots and yam hash served with Alta Gracia Coffee Power from Wolaver’s Fine Organic Ales, and a chocolate pecan pie with bourbon whipped cream for dessert. The five-course dinner is $65 per person; reservations are recommended. Call (302) 479-7970 to reserve your spot.
