New Bistro Offers Handmade Pasta and Classic Cuisine

New on the scene:  Vincenza & Margherita Italian American Bistro, or V&M Bistro in North Wilmington. The Italian restaurant community may be very crowded, but in this case, there is certainly room for one more. The ultra-chic dining and lounge areas glow with violet light. The pasta is made by hand. And the whole place is family run, meaning you become family, too.
