Put down the grocery meal planning and support Delaware restaurants this month.
Hosted by The Newark Partnership, Newark Restaurant Week will run from Jan. 20-26. Diners can enjoy unique chef menus of three-course meals and takeout dishes at select eateries. Restaurants in Newark that are participating include Home Grown Café, Taverna, Caffé Gelato, Stone Balloon, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, Deer Park Tavern, The Blue Crab Seafood Restaurant & Grill, Skipjack Dining, Klondike Kate’s Restaurant & Saloon, Grottos Pizza and Santa Fe Mexican Grill.
The three-course dinners are priced at $30 and will be available nightly from 5-10 p.m.

The Blue Crab Seafood Restaurant & Grill
Choose from a variety of seafood and American fare menu items at this eatery. Items include smoked pork tenderloin, duck sausage and chili lime baked salmon, along with flourless chocolate torte for dessert.

Caffé Gelato
This Italian American eatery is offering a myriad of options for restaurant week including pan-seared scallops with celery root puree, eggplant caponata and asparagus gnocchi. Guests can also enjoy grilled center-cut filet mignon, pan-roasted Faroe Island salmon and mussels.
