Peach Salsa (Recipe)

This refreshing salsa recipe is courtesy of Karen Igou of the Delaware Local Food Exchange at 2400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington.
 

Ingredients:

4 peaches
1 red onion
1 small bunch cilantro
1 jalapeno
1 medium green pepper
1 fresh lime juice to taste
1 tsp. garlic
sea salt
black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions: 

Chop and mix all ingredients. Let sit overnight for best flavor.
