The Delaware breweries are colliding forces for a first-time collaboration, which features a double bottle release available Dec. 5.
Two Delaware breweries are coming together for a batch made in heaven.
Autumn Arch Beer Project, a premiere small-batch experimental brewery in Newark, announced its first-ever collaboration, bringing the best of Delaware’s craft brews together through a limited double bottle release created in partnership with Revelation Craft Brewing Company, based in Rehoboth.
Inspired by the natural attunements of the winter solstice, the collaboration is called Path of the Sun and is set to include one bottle inspired by each brewery that will be sold as a two-pack, according to a news release.
The orange label bottle from Autumn Arch contains imperial stout aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels for five months with a raspberry addition in the final month. Heavy fruit and roast flavors are followed by decadent oak and bourbon notes. The beer sits at 13 percent ABV.

While the blue label bottle from Revelation includes cocoa nibs and Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrel, creating a nice compliment to the rich complex roastiness of the imperial stout. Oak and heavy bourbon notes take the lead on this massive dark and heavy stout. The beer sits at 13 percent ABV.
Both brews will be available for purchase at both Autumn Arch Beer Project and Revelation Craft Brewing Company beginning at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5. They will be sold as a two-pack, including each variant, for $36, while supplies last.
