If it feels as though V&M Bistro has been around longer than two years, it’s because sisters Vincenza and Margherita Carrieri-Russo have been doing something right: They’ve brought authentic Italian cuisine with a twist to North Wilmington. Their cozy restaurant turns two on Thursday, Oct. 13, and the occasion will be celebrated throughout the day.
