Chef Jeffrey Stoneberger of Charleston, S.C.-based 2 Nixons returns home to Delaware to collaborate with friend and award-winning Chef Hari Cameron of a(MUSE.) for a special two-night popup highlighting Mid-Atlantic ingredients with contemporary Asian flair, on Friday and Saturday, July 22–23.

The chefs will offer two distinctive dining experiences:

Friday, July 22: A five-course tasting menu for $69/person with optional beverage pairings beginning at 5 p.m.; seatings can be booked by calling a(MUSE.) at 227-7107.

Saturday, July 23: A late-night, izakaya-style 2 Nixons takeover, with Japanese street food-inspired eats, including Stoneberger’s signature blue crab ramen and scrapple yakitori; served à la carte from 9 p.m. until close.

“It’s not often two young, entrepreneurial chefs born and raised in Delaware come together in a collaboration that totally celebrates this region,” Stoneberger said in a statement. “We both came up in haute fine dining, and our skillsets play beautifully together—and Hari is one of the most talented chefs in the country, in any direction.”

“We inspire each other,” Cameron said in a statement. “Working together for these events gives me an opportunity to get my cooks excited about working with someone of Jeffrey’s talent, while giving my guests a taste of something from a different viewpoint but still like-minded, grounded in technique and expressive of the Mid-Atlantic. We’re going to let the ingredients write the menu.”

This event series marks the second time these chefs have collaborated. They also presented a prix-fixe dinner at a(MUSE.) in September 2015 right before Stoneberger launched 2 Nixons.
