For many of us, creating meals that are both healthy and delicious is a weekly challenge. Why not take a cooking class and learn some new recipes to bring to the table?
On Wednesday, Sept. 28, chef Mark Eastman will teach a new class at his Hockessin shop: “Cooking With Grains, Seeds and Legumes.” Learn fun ways to incorporate these healthy elements into your daily meal planning. The menu includes Seared Scallops with Fava Bean Puree, Farro Soup, Quinoa Salad and Wild Game Chili.
Class is $80/person. A $25 deposit/person is required upon registration. The class is held from 6:30–8:30 p.m.
