James Beard House to Host Delaware Artisans Dinner

Mark your calendars for a foodie trip featuring Delaware’s culinary finest to New York City this March. The James Beard House, located at 167 W. 12th St. in New York, will host a dinner titled “Delaware Artisans” on Monday, March 16 at 7 p.m.
Chef Bryan Sikora of La Fia Bistro, Merchant Bar, and Crow Bar in Wilmington and Hearth Kitchen in Kennett Square will cook dinner with Tom Dugan of La Fia Bistro.
Sikora is a James Beard Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic semifinalist. While the menu hasn’t been released yet, guests should expect an early spring menu showcasing the region’s agricultural cream of the crop, according to the website. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit jamesbeard.org.
