Valentine’s Day weekend at Krazy Kat’s really isn’t all that crazy, but that’s not to say their food isn’t crazy good. Their fixed menu for V-Day weekend includes six courses for $80 in addition to a limited a la carte menu. In charge is executive chef Joe Johnson, who’ll be cooking up one of their most popular mains, the Faroe Island salmon, which is a perfect go-to for date night. It’s light yet filling, with an artichoke fondue-stuffed crepe, eggplant and tomato panzanello, and a roasted red pepper caper emulsion to top it off. For dessert, savor vanilla bean cheesecake with raspberries. The options are endless with a separate fixed menu for vegetarians and a lengthy a la carte menu.
