Look no further for a perfect fall afternoon of craft beer, good food and live music: Grainfest 2016 is coming to Newark on Saturday, Oct. 15. The event will take place at Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen, and is also hosted by Gable Music Ventures.
Kick back, listen to live music on the outdoor stage and roam the beer garden, which will feature 20 breweries and food from Outlandish Food Truck and I Don’t Give a Fork! Grain’s Chef Bill will also be cooking up something special for the day. All ages are welcome; fun activities for kids wil include face painting.
There is a $10 entry fee, and beer and food must be purchased separately.
The event will be held from 11 a.m.–5 p.m.

- 11–11:45 a.m.: Megan Knight (singer/songwriter)
- Noon–12:45 p.m.: The Strange Heat (funk/rock)
- 1–1:45 p.m.: Wylder (indie/folk)
- 2–3 p.m.: Old Baltimore Speedway (rock)
- 3:30–5 p.m.: Bullbuckers (rock/soul/ska)
